How do I view pending, completed, or all order alerts?
Order Alerts Report
The Order Alerts Report displays all Order Alerts created by the customer within Datarithm. Users have the option of filtering by location, filtering on a particular alert status (e.g. pending, completed, or all), and filtering on the alert date. Order Alerts are intended to be used to alert pharmacy staff when expensive items should be ordered so that pharmacies can achieve “just in time” procurement for expensive items just prior to patient dispensing, instead of keeping this costly inventory in stock for lengthy periods of time (see the Order Alerts section earlier in this document).
The report gives you the ability to:
✓ Select or deselect what columns to display by clicking the Columns box
✓ Select an entire Region or specify a Pharmacy
✓ Filter by Alert Status, Start date and/or End date
✓ Sort by column
✓ Use export to Excel for further manipulation
To access the reports, go to the Reports tab -> Inventory Reports -> Order Alers Report:
