The Process Returns function allows you to process both returns to your wholesaler or to the
manufacturer (via your Returns Company or Reverse Distributor). These returns may be a combination of return recommendations made by Datarithm (items in surplus), “manual” returns initiated by the user (items not necessarily in surplus), and return alerts previously created by users for the current month. This feature is only accessible to Pharmacy Level user accounts. Company and Region Level users can access this feature by first impersonating a Pharmacy Level User.
How to use the function
To process returns, go to the Balance tab and click on Process Returns:
Or, if it is present, simply click on Process Return Recommendations! or Process Liquidation
Recommendations! in the green taskbar:
