How do I unlock my account?

When you receive an email from Datarithm with the subject Your Datarithm account has been locked, it means that, due to non-use, your Datarithm account has been locked for security reasons. Please note that in such cases, you must contact your company’s management. They should then email support@datarithm.co to open a case with Datarithm Support to request that your account be unlocked.
